Restaurant Manager

Description

SUMMARY 

Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in providing courteous and rapid service to diners by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greets guests and escorts them to tables.
• Schedules dining reservations.
• Arrange parties for patrons.
• Adjust complaints regarding food or service.
• Trains and monitors employees for proper service.
• Notifies payroll department regarding work schedules and time records.
• Plans and executes details for banquets.
• Writes schedules
• Performs monthly inventory

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS  

• All applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be certifiable through the Arizona Department of Gaming and the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

• An associate degree in the related field is preferred
• 2 years supervisory work experience 

WORK ENVIRONMENT  

In the Entertainment industry, one may be subject to a work environment containing excessive noise, smoke, and stress.
