Job Summary
Mass General Brigham is looking for an Associate Creative Director who leads from the front—elevating the work by elevating the team. You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life across a world-class healthcare system, finding new and compelling ways to tell stories that connect people to the care they need.This role partners closely with the Executive Creative Director to bring the brand vision to life, while owning the day-to-day creative output. You’ll lead projects, mentor talent and ensure every piece of work is thoughtful, impactful and on brand. Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Experience
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success required.
- 10+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment
- 7+ years leading and developing creative teams
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates concept, craft and storytelling across channels
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven success leading projects and teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Knowledge of marketing technology and tools, such as marketing automation software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn objectives into compelling creative solutions
Process guidance
- Lead day-to-day project management for the creative team, ensuring smooth workflows and clear communication
- Manage timelines, resources and deliverables across a range of fast-moving projects
- Collaborate with external partners, freelancers and vendors to extend team capabilities when needed
Creative innovation
- Bring fresh thinking and new perspectives to every brief
- Stay plugged into design trends, tools and cultural shifts—and translate them into meaningful work
- Encourage experimentation and thoughtful risk-taking within the team
