Position Overview
Greentown Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator in its Corporate Innovation group to support the operational excellence of our corporate partnership program. This is a high-visibility, detail-driven role that ensures our corporate partnerships run smoothly, our data is clean and actionable, and our partners consistently experience the professionalism, attention and value that define Greentown.
The Coordinator plays an essential behind-the-scenes role—keeping CRM data current, coordinating engagement logistics, preparing materials for partner touchpoints, and supporting reporting and documentation across the team. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior corporate leaders, climatetech startups, and the innovation ecosystem, and is an excellent entry point for a career in partnerships, corporate innovation, or climate.
What You'll Do
CRM & Portfolio Operations
Maintain Salesforce hygiene: ensure all partner data, engagement records, and contact information are accurate and current
Research and scout potential new corporate partners and support outreach preparation
Track and report on engagement metrics across the corporate partner portfolio
Prepare monthly partner activity reports and build data dashboards for team and leadership use
Monitor renewal timelines and alert account managers to upcoming deadlines
Engagement Logistics
Coordinate logistics for corporate office hours, pitch days, roundtables, and other partner and corporate innovation related events
Prepare executive briefing materials and partner-facing agendas and deliverables
Manage meeting scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with Marketing and Events teams to ensure smooth event execution
Communications & Documentation
Draft and send professional follow-up emails and partner communications on behalf of the team
Prepare renewal materials, impact summaries, and presentation support documents
Create post-engagement summary reports capturing outcomes, next steps, and key data
Maintain organized documentation of engagement outcomes and partner interactions
Accelerator Support (As Needed)
Provide operational support for Greentown’s various startup accelerator programs as needed
Assist with startup cohort communications, event coordination, and logistics during peak periods

Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations, partnerships, program coordination, client services, or a related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
CRM: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
Data skills: Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; experience building dashboards or tracking tools a plus
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: Familiarity with cleantech, climatetech, or startup ecosystems
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6–12 months, you will have:
Achieved 100% Salesforce hygiene across the corporate portfolio
Established a reliable cadence of engagement reports and monthly dashboards
Built strong working relationships with partners, teammates, and cross-functional collaborators
Supported at least one full renewal cycle with polished materials and timely follow-through
Contributed to measurably smoother partner engagement logistics, supporting the execution of multiple high-profile partner events
General Physical Demands

Travel: Occasional travel may be required to attend off-site events or conferences.
Late Hours: Evening work will be necessary for some events.
Work Location and Schedule
Greentown staff generally operate on a hybrid schedule, with expectations to be on-site at Greentown Labs locations in Somerville, MA at least three days per week, with the option to work remotely two days per week. Some roles do not permit a hybrid or work-from-home schedule. Our standard business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m..
