What You’ll Do:
⚡ Repair & maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors & more Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues Complete preventative maintenance & inspections Replace bulbs, projectors, displays & basic tech equipment Help with exhibit setup, teardown & shipping/receiving Repair walls, fixtures, furniture & interior spaces✅ Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe
Qualifications & Experience
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience✔️ Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs✔️ Able to work independently and solve problems fast✔️ Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments✔️ Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required)

Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 70 lbs Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft) Stand/walk for long periods Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards
