The Position

Roche Molecular Systems, Inc. seeks a Finance Business Partner at its Branchburg, NJ location.

Duties: Responsible for designated Global Operations areas with regards to P&L, with a focus on Cost of Sales, Headcount, Inventories (including write-offs and reworks), as well as Capital Expenditures. Perform in-depth inventory, expense, and investment analyses that create actionable insights and a clear storyline for stakeholders. Provide input and insights as part of monthly closing and forecasting, such as manufacturing variances and inventory write-offs. Coordinate and drive planning and forecasting activities while balancing budgeting simplifications with robust, fit for purpose information. Provide analytics and insights, resource allocation models and financial modelling tools. Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes and financial controls to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information. Steer and manage global projects in operations finance and adjunct chapters, bringing together capabilities and strengths across sites. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.

Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance or Economics and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related position in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

Special Requirements: 3 years of experience must include:

 

  • Risk Management and Risk Provisioning

  • S&OP Planning Processes

  • Planning, Reporting & Analysis

  • Global Initiatives

  • Advanced Financial Modeling and Decision Support

  • Inventory optimization in regulated industries                                                                                                                                   

  • Diagnostics and Healthcare Financials, including proficiency in the financial management of complex medical product portfolios

The expected annual salary range for this position based on the primarylocation for this position of New Jersey is $122,136 to $165,900 per year. Actual pay within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
