Reports to: Fleet Manager

Job Summary: 

Key Responsibilities: 

Qualifications:
 
·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in welding, knowledge of Miller equipment preferred.
 
·       Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a welder, preferably with heavy trucks or similar equipment.
 
·       In-depth knowledge of welding and all associated systems
 
·       Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus, but not necessary.
 
·       Proven experience as a welder in a rural or similar environment.
 
·       Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
 
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
·       Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
 
Work Location: In person, Sonoma, CA 95476
 
Employment Type: Part-time, Hourly
 

 Work Hours: Standard business hours of 10am-4pm, with occasional extra hours and weekends as needed for emergency repairs.
 

 Salary Range: Is dependent on experience and qualifications
