CNA Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will provide direct daily care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility policies, including:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Measuring and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition
Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and post-meal care
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms
Escorting residents during admissions, transfers, and discharges
Responding promptly to call lights and resident needs
Documenting care accurately in charts, notes, and flow sheets
Following all privacy, infection control, and safety procedures
Reporting incidents, concerns, or equipment issues immediately
Participating in shift reports and team communication
Supporting restorative and rehabilitative programs as directed
Qualifications
Current California CNA certification
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and documentation skills
Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and quality care
