We are proud to be an integral part of a system that provides housing and mental health services for over 300 consumers. This position will be part of our Housing Support Team. The services provided are for adults, aged 18 years and older, throughout the State of California.
Who should apply?
We are looking for a Part-Time Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting consumers in their homes to provide support services.

Responsibilities:
- provides OT assessment and mental health services with a focus on skill development, meaningful activity, wellness and recovery.
- tasks ranging from linking clients to services and providing intensive clinical or rehabilitation services.
- responsible for meeting daily billing requirements and MediCal documentation, e.g. progress notes and service plans.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or Older
- Must have a current OT license.
- Candidate must have strong communication, documentation and computer skills.
- Must be able to pass Department of Justice criminal record clearance.
- Must have a clear driving record
