This position is part of the small highly customer focused team in our South Bend Indiana site, where we specialise in high quality printing and short order turnaround time. The role is to provide day to day sales admin and customer service support for the increased level of sales activity in South Bend.

Key responsibilities are to:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customer service function/team.
  • Respond to internal and customer enquiries e.g. related to orders and/or returns and escalate queries.
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Prepare and administer customer related documentation.
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors and callers to Cup Print
  • Sort and processes post
  • Carry out general administration duties such as acknowledging job applications
  • May be required to carry out other duties from time to time and/or as the role develops

Person Specification

The successful candidate should have:

  • Relevant experience working in an administrative role
  • Well-developed IT Skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing ability
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluency in English
