Position: Multi-Skilled Handyman Technician

Location: South Bend & Elkhart Area

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks
• Interact professionally with customers to assess needs, explain work, and deliver an exceptional experience
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using iPad and company systems
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, basic plumbing/electrical)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in craftsmanship
• Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely at heights when needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $30 to $40+ per hour based on experience
