Description
As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our campus facilities, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for a variety of custodial tasks, including cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards and schedules.
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning campus buildings including: mopping, stripping and/or finishing floors, cleaning areas requiring use of ladder, operating heavy cleaning equipment, rodent and pest control and moving furniture or classroom building materials

Minimum Qualifications Â
- Ability to climb ladders to reach high places including replacing ceiling light bulbs, move heavy furniture, lift heavy boxes (50 – 75 pounds), operate heavy cleaning equipment, and ability to mop extensive area.
- Possess organizational skills and ability to work well with others.
Preferred Qualifications   Â
- Prior related job experience (1 – 2 years).
- Training or prior experience in use of cleaning equipment and job functions.
Schedule     Â
40 Hours/ 12 Months/ Sunday – Thursday 11:00pm – 7:30am
