Customer Service Representative / Backup Dispatcher

Schedule

  • Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full-Time | Consistent Schedule

Compensation

  • $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
  • Based on experience, industry background, and system knowledge

What You’ll Be Doing

As the voice of 2 Sons Plumbing, you’ll often be the first impression our customers have of our company. This role is critical to our success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Scheduling service appointments efficiently
  • Assisting customers with service questions, concerns, and appointment needs
  • Creating and updating customer records accurately
  • Coordinating with technicians and field teams
  • Supporting daily scheduling flow
  • Serving as backup dispatcher when needed
  • Helping maximize technician efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Managing urgent situations calmly and professionally
  • Communicating clearly across departments

What You Must Have

We are specifically looking for candidates with real phone-based customer service experience.

Required:

  • Minimum 2+ years of phone-based customer service, call center, dispatch, or high-volume inbound call experience
  • Comfortable handling multiple calls, scheduling, and customer concerns simultaneously
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Important:
This is not an in-person retail or front desk customer service role. Candidates must have professional phone/call center experience.

Highly Preferred

Experience using ServiceTitan
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or other skilled trades industry experience
Dispatch or scheduling experience
Understanding of service agreements, memberships, or technician routing
