ABC57 in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a dynamic and results driven General Sales Manager to increase market share and drive revenue while fostering a culture of success.聽
About the Role
路 Lead and inspire our sales team to expand market share and drive sustained revenue growth
路 Foster a culture through mentorship, strategic leadership, and accountability
路 Serve as an innovative and proven sales leader with strong negotiation and client engagement skills
路 Balance strategic planning with hands on execution to maximize station revenue聽
What You鈥檒l Do
路 Generate new business and develop strategic sales opportunities聽
路 Manage inventory and pricing strategies聽
路 Develop accurate revenue forecasts to meet and exceed budget goals
路 Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
路 Perform additional duties as assigned
What You鈥檒l Need
路 Minimum of 5 years of broadcast sales management experience
路 Mastery of Microsoft Office, Wide Orbit, and Nielsen
路 Proven ability to grow revenue, exceed sales targets, and manage inventory
路 Strong leadership experience in recruiting and developing sales talent
