About This Role
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials in support of company projects and operations. After successfully completing an initial onboarding and warehouse immersion period of approximately 4–6 months, this role will expand to include Fleet Management responsibilities, overseeing company vehicles, equipment, and fleet compliance.
This position plays a critical role in operational efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and supporting field teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in warehouse, construction logistics, or operations management
- Experience in electrical or construction industry preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, logistics workflows and fleet management
What You Will Do
- Oversee all warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, fleet and workflows
- Manages warehouse employees, delivery drivers, and prefab leads
- Coordinates with Project Managers, Service Manager, and Low Volt Manager
- Ensures safety compliance, quality control, and accurate tracking
- Approves large tool/equipment check-outs and returns
- Maintain tool tracking system and tool maintenance
- Conduct quarterly tool audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage and track fleet maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs
- Maintain vehicle asset spreadsheet and geo tracking portal
- Provides asset recommendations for fleet, equipment and tools
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation:
- $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year, based on experience.
