Description:

Typing, computer inquiry, filing, telephoning alumnae, and web/email/social media support.

Qualifications:

Experience in web design, Excel, keyboarding, Word, Canva, filing, good organizational and people skills essential.
Able and willing to do clerical/office work
Basic web design skills

Flexibility
Main duties include:
Copying & scanning paper registrations
Filing registrations
Assembling name tags and packets
Reunion preparations (gathering items from storage, running campus errands, assisting with mailings, etc.)
Website maintenance (updating registrants weekly)
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Schedule:

6-8 hours weekly
Must be Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise discussed/approved
Position is from August 2026 – May 2027
