This role offers a unique blend of technical leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide projects from concept through execution—balancing performance, cost, and timelines—while working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. Your ability to lead design validation, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement will play a critical role in delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Your background
