The opportunity

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your contributions directly support the delivery of innovative energy solutions? As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials through receiving, warehousing, and kitting operations. You will lead daily activities that enable production teams to meet customer commitments safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

In this role, you will coordinate resources, drive operational excellence, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and material availability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help optimize warehouse processes, resolve operational challenges, and support a culture focused on safety, collaboration, and performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead warehouse, receiving, and kitting teams to support production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve operational targets while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Ensure material availability aligns with production requirements and demand plans.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and timely cycle count execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance material flow, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
  • Monitor, track, and communicate key performance indicators through regular operational reviews and tier meetings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve material, equipment, and process-related issues.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment; additional experience is valued.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide, develop, and support team performance.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, warehouse operations, and production support processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems such as SAP and workforce management tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends.
