Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Production Associate at our manufacturing facility in South Boston, VA.

Pay: $18.74/hour

Shifts: 12AM-12PM or 12PM-12AM

Schedule: 2/2/3 (on off days rotate each week)

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating assigned equipment to package finished products.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
• Perform inspections on plant processes.
• Ensure cartons or shipping cases are properly labeled, taped, dated, and moved to the correct areas.
• Make adjustments to running parameters as needed.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work nights, weekends, and shifts up to 12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Icing on the cake:

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on production lines.
