In this role, you will take ownership of complex electrical design projects, apply advanced engineering tools and analytical methods, and collaborate with skilled professionals across functions to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient transformer solutions. How you'll make an impact

  • Design, analyze, and evaluate power transformer systems, components, and electrical models.
  • Develop simulations and apply advanced analytical tools to address engineering challenges.
  • Lead technical investigations and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and present engineering recommendations, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Support economic studies, technical specifications, and customer proposals.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to resolve complex technical issues and define action plans.
  • Represent the engineering team in internal and external meetings and technical discussions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design within the power transformer manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering theory and practical application.
  • Experience using AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as Creo is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills with fluency in English.
