The Opportunity

As our Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you’ll drive strategic planning, purchasing, warehouse management, and inventory excellence across the entire value chain of our Local Business Unit. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.

  • Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.

  • Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.

  • Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.

  • Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.

  • Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.

  • Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.

  • 5+ years of direct people management experience.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

  • APICS and CPIM certification.

  • Lean 6S certifications.
