Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
  • Oversee production scheduling to align with demand plans and inventory levels.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure timely execution of production processes and on-time delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing performance improvements.
  • Resolve critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos).
  • Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.
