What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service work including leaks, water heaters, fixtures, clogs, piping, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and more
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and recommendations
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation
• Provide a clean, professional experience inside customer homes
• Maintain company‑provided vehicle, tools, and equipment in top condition
• Participate in training to continue growing your technical and customer service skills

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 21+ yrs old per company policy 
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• A positive, professional attitude and desire to help homeowners
