The Client Specialist Key Holder will demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and possess a love of fashion. The role requires excellent verbal communication skills, high integrity, technological competency to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Physical requirements include comfort climbing ladders, moving regularly, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, stretching for product, and lifting/moving at least 40 lbs. Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting management to build store business, supporting service enhancers including Concierge, servicing multiple customers simultaneously, staying aware of fashion trends and product knowledge, creating outfits and suggesting items, participating in learning opportunities, achieving sales and service metrics, and completing operational assignments such as filling orders and replenishment.
