Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison with Retail Operations to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the Enterprise operational plans/programs, systems and/or application opportunities. Work with store management to identify store opportunities, analyze reports and make recommendations to improve sales, shrink, safety, profit and the customers shopping experience.
