About the role
We are seeking a skilled Durma and / or Cincinnati CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on our 1st shift, Mon - Fri 6:00AM - 3:30PM, Saturdays as needed from 6AM – 12:30PM.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
What you'll do
- Operate Durma and Cincinnati press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components as per design specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Assemble components as necessary, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- 3 + years operating Durma, Cincinnati CNC press brake machines is essential.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Experience with hand tools, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments is required for quality control purposes.
- Understanding of GD&T principles is beneficial for interpreting complex designs.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is mandatory.
- English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
