About the Job

We’re looking for skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join our team in South El Monte. You’ll be setting up and running CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality aerospace parts with precision and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and values craftsmanship, safety, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills

• Load tools, fixtures, and materials accurately

• Read blueprints and apply shop math for precise machining

• Adjust offsets and edit programs when needed

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specs and quality standards

• Follow all machining safety practices

• Assist in R&D and prototype work (if experienced)

• Collaborate with the team on improvements and efficiency

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience or relevant training

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Understanding of speeds, feeds, and tooling concepts

• Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• CAD/CAM (Mastercam, SolidWorks) experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and use hands frequently

• Lift up to 50 lbs when needed
