This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $72,000.  

• $18 per hour 
• Holiday pay per day: $230

• Detention pay:  $21-$26 per hour
• Drop and hook pay:  $40 per stop

• Truck order not used:  $20 per occurrence
• Waiting on dispatch:  $21 per hour 
• Waiting on power unit:  $21 per hour
• Yard work:  $21 per hour
• X pay:  $10 flat rate
• Restacking pay:  $21 per hour
• Rework pay:  $21 per hour 
• Overweight delivery move:  $20 per move 
• Bobtail events:  $20-$39 per occurrence

• Conglobal/Montebello yard stacking:  $39 per occurrence
• Conglobal/Montebello yard unstacking:  $20 per occurrence
