This is a W-2 role and we will interview and hire qualified candidates immediately!
Drivers must report to the terminal in Jenison to start their run each week, and trucks cannot be taken home.
5 days out with a minimum 34‑hour reset each week
Flexible scheduling: at least 2 loads per week, leaving Sat, Sun, Mon, or Tue

Consistent Route Structure:
Primary Operating Area: Eastern region covering MI, OH, and PA, with occasional runs into NY, NJ, and DE. No NYC—guaranteed.
Weekly Pattern: Most drivers run 2 trips per week, typically to Eastern PA or NY/NJ. This is how drivers reach 2,700–3,300 miles weekly.
Starting pay: .58-60 CPM
Average miles: 2,500–3,100 per week
Weekly earnings average: $1,500–$1,700
Annual potential: $90,000–$100,000+ for a standard 5‑day week
$1,500 bonus after 90 days
$200 orientation pay
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
​Must be able to run two trips weekly, totaling 2,600–3,300 miles.
Valid, up‑to‑date Class A CDL.
No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years (layoffs, closures, unemployment reviewed case‑by‑case).
Must have at least 2 years of CDL A driving (local applies)
Orientation is handled through Fleet Compliance Group about 15 minutes away. They complete all DOT file work, the drug screen, and then the driver completes a road test with me.
If everything checks out, we dispatch them once the negative drug screen is received. Orientation lasts one day and pays $200. Meals and lodging are the employee’s responsibility.
