The target salary range for this position is $63,200 - $79,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $63,200 - $94,800. As a branch employee, you will also be eligible for a wide range of incentives tied to certain products and services, paid out quarterly. This plan rewards team members for exceeding production goals set by Credit Union Leadership. Employee Charitable Matching Program.  Free ORCA pass.      What you’ll do:Responsibilities:  You will coach and lead employees in the branch, maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff. Act as the go-to person for problem solving in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will build long-term relationships with members by assisting with routine financial transactions, opening new consumer accounts, and assisting them in achieving financial milestones by accepting, reviewing, and processing consumer, home equity, and business loans. Requirements: 3+ years of successful work experience as a Universal Associate/Personal Banker or equivalent position at a financial institution required. Experience in opening new accounts and loans required. 2+ years experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. In addition: Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available. Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.     Our Hours: To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule Tuesday - Friday: 8:45AM - 5:45PM & Saturdays 8:45AM – 1:15PM. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate. In your in-person role you will be engaging with team members on a day-to-day basis as the face of Sound Credit Union!
