  • Set up and operate machines with high precision, managing multiple variables to produce tooling and parts.

  • Perform welding and fabrication as required for tooling and equipment repair.

  • Load raw materials, control machine cycles, and unload finished products.

  • Handle frequent changeovers for short-run jobs requiring quick setup adjustments.

  • Inspect products for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools and make necessary process adjustments.

  • Maintain accurate production records and logs of equipment and product performance.

  • Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to support production needs.
