Location: South Holland, IL, 60473
Grade Level: PreK–8th Grade
Start Date: August 5, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 35 Hours/Week
Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 Annually

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a welcoming and collaborative school community in South Holland, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position will support students across PreK through 8th grade and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a strong multidisciplinary team.

You'll be joining a district where AnthroMed has an established presence, with 12 AnthroMed team members supporting students next school year. This position also offers strong potential for continued renewal and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and recommendations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements

Position Details

  • Serving students across PreK–8th grade
  • Four-school community consisting of elementary and middle school buildings
  • Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM–3:15 PM daily, Wednesdays until 4:15 PM
  • Caseload details to be determined
  • One full-time Occupational Therapist currently on staff
  • School year runs August 5, 2026 through June 16, 2027

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License through IDFPR
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
