Job description:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PreK–8th Grade

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a PreK–8th grade school setting for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are looking for a collaborative and student-centered SLP to join a supportive educational team and make a meaningful impact throughout the school year.

Position Details

  • Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Grade Levels: PreK–8th Grade
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM–3:15 PM
  • Wednesdays: 8:00 AM–4:15 PM
  • Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Setting: Onsite
  • School Year Dates: August 5, 2026 – June 16, 2027

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across PreK–8th grade
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
  • Support students' communication skills across educational environments

Caseload details are to be determined.

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Current Illinois IDFPR licensure
  • Monolingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
