Job Title: Supervisor, Revenue Recovery

Job Summary:

The Revenue Recovery Supervisor is responsible for recovering revenue for TFF. The incumbent will maximize revenue opportunities utilizing billing systems. This position identifies and resolves customers billing discrepancies. This role supervises specialists, part-time supervisors, and auditors. The Revenue Recovery Supervisor determines employees training needs to produce continuous development plans. The incumbent provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance. This position conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement. This role holds others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals. The incumbent resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with TFF's policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors performance of the dimensional weight system to ensure goals are achieved and equipment is serviced promptly.
  • Creates and executes staffing plans for each hub to provide proper coverage and maximize revenue.
  • Implements and creates quality improvement plans to improve current processes and procedures.
  • Performs hub management training to determine performance issues.
  • Meets with customers to discuss complaints and obtain supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, etc.)
  • Research customer complaints (e.g., late deliveries, damages, billing questions, etc.) to determine appropriate resolution personnel.
  • Discusses complaints with TFF personnel (e.g., SAMs, business center managers, operations, billing, drivers, etc.) to determine corrective actions and resolutions.
  • Follows up with hub management on action plan progress to report results.
  • Conducts safety certification training to ensure Part-Time Revenue Recovery Supervisors are safety compliant.
  • Reviews control logs to ensure all active employees have received safety training.

 

Job Requirements:

  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
  • Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate.
  • Must be able to travel to site locations regularly
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of accounting theory and principles
  • Identifies basic measurement requirements and possible indicators for individual, group, department, and business unit results
  • Displays general ability to use multiple measurement methods for measuring performance; sets meaningful goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of the functions, regulations, and procedures of compliance agencies or governing bodies; takes a leadership position in programs that reduce risk and enhance safety
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Finance
