Key Responsibilities: Manage and direct a two-level work team including Call Center, Customer Service Will-Call, and Key Accounts   Optimizing time-to-quote and customer response times Earn new business with call center relationship management and gentle prospecting Utilize, review, and develop data analysis/reporting tools for tracking success.
