Responsibilities

• Pro-actively trains all new hires onsite to assist department Manager

• Provides communication back to Department Manager regarding team and business needs

• Ensures monthly targets are met and/or exceeded

• Assists in helping close a package transaction and ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for package and/or tours

• Provides information and incentives for guests in resort according to local policies

• Ability to cover shifts for absent Team Members including interacting with guests, booking of tours and selling of packages

• Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management

Qualifications

• 1+ year Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry
• 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High School/GED
• Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays.
• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
