The Learning Experience – South Lyon Township is seeking a compassionate Daycare Teacher to provide exceptional care and early education for young children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a fun, nurturing environment where children can safely explore, learn, and grow through play.

What You'll Do
- Provide attentive care and supervision for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Encourage language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Support daily routines including meals, naps, toileting, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
- Follow all Michigan childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, childcare, or preschool experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Caring, dependable, and energetic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
