Required Skills & Qualifications:

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in substance abuse, providing essential support to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through individual and group therapy sessions, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Contingent -including weekends, holidays

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Prefer experience in addiction/substance abuse.
  • Strong skills in mental health counseling, patient care, clinical counseling, and social work practices.
  • Proficiency in facilitating group therapy and individual group counseling sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • CAADC or willingness to start a development plan.
  • Proficiency in intake assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review, and case management.
