This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through individual and group therapy sessions, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Prefer experience in addiction/substance abuse.
- Strong skills in mental health counseling, patient care, clinical counseling, and social work practices.
- Proficiency in facilitating group therapy and individual group counseling sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries.
- CAADC or willingness to start a development plan.
- Proficiency in intake assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review, and case management.
