BCBA – South Ogden, UT

$48–$60 per Billable Hour Based on Experience | 32+ Hours = Full-Time Benefits | No Weekends

Practice ABA the Way You Believe It Should Be Practiced.

Clinical autonomy. Client assent. Multidisciplinary collaboration. Sustainable caseloads.

At Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG), we believe excellent ABA starts with respecting the person receiving it.

Our South Ogden BCBAs practice assent-based, person-centered ABA in a collaborative clinical environment where your expertise and professional judgment matter. You'll work alongside psychologists, neuropsychologists, speech-language pathologists, therapists, school psychologists, and other professionals to provide coordinated care.

If you're looking for a BCBA position where you're treated as a clinician—not simply a billable provider, we'd love to meet you.

Why Practice at NBCG?

Practice With Clinical Autonomy—Not Productivity Pressure

We believe clinical decisions should be driven by client needs, data, professional judgment, and collaboration, not simply by maximizing billable hours.

At NBCG:

  • We prioritize client assent, autonomy, dignity, and rapport.
  • We do not use compliance-based pressure as the foundation of treatment.
  • BCBAs guide treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
  • Caseloads are thoughtfully sized around client hours—not simply client headcount.
  • You have the flexibility to provide individualized treatment rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Work in a Truly Multidisciplinary Environment

ABA doesn't happen in isolation.

Our BCBAs collaborate with:

  • Psychologists and neuropsychologists—including, when applicable, the professionals who diagnosed your client
  • Speech-language pathologists
  • School psychologists
  • Clinical therapists
  • Medication management professionals

You'll have opportunities to coordinate care with professionals who bring different perspectives and expertise to the same client and family.

Strong RBT Support

We know that successful BCBA work depends on having well-prepared RBTs.

NBCG provides thorough training for RBTs so they're prepared to support clients when they join your cases. You'll provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and professional development while receiving support from our broader clinical team.

We want you to build a career—not burn out.

  • No weekends required
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Thoughtfully sized caseloads
  • Minimal unnecessary administrative burden
  • Monthly group and cross-disciplinary trainings
