Your Role

  • Respond promptly to resident call lights
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
  • Safely reposition and support residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury
  • Monitor and document food and fluid intake when needed
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Build respectful, supportive relationships with residents
