Job Description:

Provide on-site HR support to employees:

  • Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork:
    • Including DACS and E-Verify
    • Ensuring all new hires complete New Hire Orientation
  • Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting
  • Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked
  • Assisting with disciplinary action
  • Data Integrity:
    • Keeping a complete and accurate employee list
    • Correcting missed punches
    • Ensuring PTO requests are in
    • Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll
  • Insurance:
    • Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires
    • Assist employees with enrolling through UKG
    • Answer basic questions regarding the plans
    • Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed
  • Termination process

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' human resources or customer service experience
