Location: New Jersey, South Plainfield Office

Build Your Career by Helping Build the Business
Momentum is looking for exceptional early-career talent to join our inaugural Business Operations Associate Program.
This isn't a traditional entry-level role where your career path is determined on day one.
Instead, we're looking for smart, curious, highly motivated recent graduates who want to learn how a growing business operates, solve meaningful problems, work alongside experienced leaders, and discover where they can make the greatest impact.
As a Business Operations Associate, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of Momentum's business and take on real projects tied to our most important priorities. You may work on challenges involving operations, finance, analytics, process improvement, customer experience, strategy, workforce planning, executive support, or other critical business functions.
We aren't expecting you to arrive knowing exactly where your career should take you.
We're looking for people with the potential to figure it out.
What You'll Do
During the program, you will:
- Learn how Momentum's business operates from end to end, including the key processes, teams, metrics, and economics that drive our success.
- Partner with executives and leaders across different areas of the organization on high-priority business initiatives.
- Provide administrative, analytical, and project support to senior leaders when needed.
- Analyze data and operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential solutions.
- Help improve processes, solve operational challenges, and turn ideas into executable plans.
- Build business cases, presentations, analyses, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
- Take ownership of projects with measurable business impact.
- Gain exposure to multiple functions and career paths throughout Momentum.
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders.
- Develop an understanding of how departments work together to achieve company-wide objectives.
- Receive coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback designed to accelerate your professional development.
- Take on new responsibilities and projects as you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities.
What We're Looking For
We're intentionally keeping the profile broad. Your potential matters more to us than having the "perfect" résumé.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor's degree completed within the past 0–2 years or are an upcoming graduate.
- Are naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions.
- Enjoy solving problems that don't always have an obvious answer.
- Are comfortable working with numbers, data, and business information.
- Learn quickly and actively seek feedback.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with people at different levels of an organization.
- Take ownership rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do.
- Are comfortable with change, ambiguity, and a fast-moving environment.
- Have strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.
- Want to build a career based on the value you create rather than follow a predetermined path.
Degrees in business, finance, economics, supply chain, analytics, management, or related disciplines may be particularly relevant, but we welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds who demonstrate strong business aptitude and potential.
