Job Summary: We are seeking an Invoicing Coordinator to join our team onsite. This position is responsible for processing and managing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
路 Process and review invoices accurately and in a timely manner
路 Maintain organized records and documentation
路 Enter and update data in Excel and internal systems
路 Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice-related inquiries
路 Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
路 Basic office and administrative skills
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
路 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
路 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
路 Bilingual (English/Russian) is preferred
路 Previous invoicing or administrative experience is a plus
路 Ability to commute to the onsite location required (125 Helen Street, South Plainfield, NJ, 07080)
