Job Description:Â
Implement sub sections of the Quality Management System (QMS), Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) system and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Documentation Control
- Develop and ensure the work documents are controlled and maintained
- Process Documentation
- Document existing manufacturing processes into work instructions, creating flowcharts for key workflows Documentation Control
- Implement Control Tools
- Develop tools for processing and measuring output such as checklists, inspection forms, and data collection depositories
- Measurement Results
- Stratify data from process, inspection and test. Create charts showing results in comparison to set targets Implement Control Tools
- Training
- Training personnel in new procedures and encourage employee commitment to quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in bringing improvement to the company by using data to identify inefficiencies, nonconformities, and opportunities for corrective actions.
- Safety
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obey all safety policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with all Safety Standards and metrics

Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of core quality tools, use of AI a plus
- History with ISO:9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal), high attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
