Production Worker

JOB OVERVIEW:

Primary duties include general production labor activities under the direction of a mentor employee that include product assembly and various machine operation actions that progress to an assembler or machine operator position. 

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE :

• HS/GED Preferred  
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work overtime as required; 
• Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills; 
• Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals; 
• Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers; 
• Finger and manual dexterity to perform job duties with standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties; 
• Near/far vision and multiple limb coordination; 
• Moderate to heavy Lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.); 
• Team member mentality with ability to follow safety and standard operating procedures with a quality assurance mindset and adherence to proper PPE requirements.
