Production Worker

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Qualifications

• Dependability to be consistently at work and on time, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include all shifts
• Basic reading and math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimals
• Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers
• Fundamental listening, verbal, written communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines throughout production processes
• A “team member” mentality with quality assurance mindset
• Repetitive standing, bending capability; near/far vision, manual dexterity, multiple limb coordination with moderate lifting capability (up to 65lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of work area to check for safety hazards.
• Perform operator actions at a training-level capacity under the direction of a mentor employee as assigned by supervisory personnel, following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform various general labor duties as assigned daily by supervisory personnel per standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform workstation and surrounding area housekeeping duties as required
