The Cedars is a nationally recognized non-profit senior living community offering a full continuum of care, including short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care for 102 residents across three distinct neighborhoods at the Hoffman Center.

Your Role

As Nurse Manager, you will lead a 30-bed rehabilitation and long-term care neighborhood, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee clinical operations and staff performance
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence, and resident-centered care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes
  • Mentor and support nursing staff in professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Maine RN license
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to exceptional resident care
  • Availability for on-call rotation

Preferred:

  • Experience in long-term care
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
