As a Front Office Receptionist, you will:

  • Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Answer phones confidently and with care, addressing patient inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate records
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and consistency
  • Review and complete patient charts to ensure all necessary information is accurate
  • Assist patients with navigating online forms and address any questions regarding them
  • Provide clear information about fees, insurance, and payment options
  • Assist with insurance predeterminations, ensuring patients understand their benefits and financial responsibilities
  • Inform patients of the amounts due on the day of surgery and help guide them through payment options
We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office (preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical or dental billing and insurance (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and helpful information
