About the Role:

All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team in Port Charlotte, FL! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of technicians while delivering top-quality technical work. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of technicians on daily operations and project assignments
Perform hands-on technical work, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across job sites
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
Train, mentor, and support junior technicians to develop their skills
Coordinate with management to schedule workflow and prioritize tasks
Inspect completed work and conduct quality control checks
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as a technician with prior leadership or lead technician experience preferred
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in outdoor and varying field conditions in the Florida climate
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
