JobDescription:

Performs installation, maintenance and repairs on manufacturing or plant equipmentsuchasHVAC,CNCMills,HydraulicPresses,PrecisionGrinding, Powder Batching, Kilns, and screen application equipment. Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components and performs troubleshooting using standard test equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals and verbal and/or written instructions. Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs.

Uses a variety of hand, power and test tools and equipment. Physical/Environmentaldemandssitting,standing,bending,stooping, lifting (not to exceed 50lbs), climbing ladders, noise, and working in outside environments.

EssentialFunctions:

·    Works with little to no direction from supervisor for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment.

.    Trains others in troubleshooting techniques and assists them in troubleshooting/repair of related manufacturing equipment

·      Schedulesvendorstoperformfacilityrelatedmaintenance, and repairs.

·      Understandsandrepairsorreplacesallequipmentfailuresordefectsin production equipment at every component level.

·      WorkscloselywithmanufacturingdepartmenttodetermineandsetPM cycles for equipment of responsibility.

·      Setssparecomponentsinventorylevelsandordersreplacementparts through current procurement processes.

·      Makesrecommendationstoimprovesafetyrelated issues.

·      Abilitytoimplementequipmentcorrectiveactionimprovementprojects.

·      Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.

·      Mayrequire24/7oncallsupportwhenneedarises.

Qualifications:

·      Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

·      2yearspost-Secondary/AssociatesDegreewithaminimumof4years of prior related experience.

·      ThisrolerequirestheabilitytoobtainaUSClearancewhichrequires US Citizenship.

PreferredAdditionalSkills:

·         SAP Plant Maintenance experience is a plus.

·      Ensuretimelyandaccurateentryofdata.

·      Maintain data records in SAP and record changes as they occur.

·      ReviewupcomingPMsinSAPtoschedulevendorsupport/Service.

·      Review on hand parts/supplies to complete repairs/service.
