Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation team. You will be on the leadership team of this company and will be responsible for running a department of 8+ vans and 12 carpenters. This role is key to ensuring high-quality installations, outstanding customer satisfaction, and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Be on time/early everyday (no really! - its critical for this position)
Oversee and manage daily installation schedules and service calls.
Train, coach, and support the installation team to ensure quality performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.
Efficiently manage the installation board and optimize daily workflow.
Coordinate daily van fleet operations for residential installations
Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Address and resolve on-site issues and provide creative problem-solving solutions.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:

1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Must have strong technical skills with computers and software.
2–5 years of experience in consumer-facing installation or home services preferred.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Effective multitasker with strong follow-through.
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
